Artwork and Design Specifications
Artwork Format: Suppliers generally prefer vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) to ensure the graphics can be scaled without loss of quality. Raster graphics (like JPEGs) are limited by resolution.
Resolution: If using raster images, a high resolution is required, often around 300 DPI at 25% of the final size.
Color Mode: Designs should ideally be in CMYK color mode to ensure accurate color matching between your screen and the final printed product. You may also be asked to provide specific PMS (Pantone Matching System) color numbers for precise branding.
Text/Fonts: All text layers should be converted to outlines or paths, or the specific font files should be included with your submission to prevent font substitution errors during printing.
