EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION
When users register on our website, you’re automatically entered into our e-mail subscription list. To be opt-out of this list, When an email from us comes through, just simply click the unsubscribe button. Submitting your email address to us on any form may be submitted into our mailing list unless you opt-out by checking NO.
PRODUCTION TIMES
All production times listed on this website are our best estimate.
Delays, while rare, may occur due to, but not limited, to the following reasons: equipment malfunction, internet outages, power outages, supplier delays, file problems, computer glitches, etc.
We will not guarantee production shipping times to meet a deadline unless specifically requested by the customer who will then be verified by one of our representatives in writing.
The estimated production time starts when your order is verified, files are deemed usable and begins printing.
The estimated production time does not start when you submit your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
A print order can be canceled at any time prior to it entering into production. If you cancel an order prior to it entering into production a Neuink Graphics Customer Service representative will inform you of any cancellation charges incurred. (Please allow at least 10 business days for any refunded monies to be credited to your account). A print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production or any process thereafter. No refunds are issued for Logo and Graphic design services. All cancellations must be completed through email.
DIGITAL PRINTING PROOFS / COLOR ACCURACY
Upon your approval, Neuink Graphics is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any typos or incorrect info along with any colors/content submitted with your print files. If there is any discrepancy with your digital proof, please DO NOT HESITATE to contact us to make changes. Delayed communication may put a delay on your order! Digital proofs are a courtesy allowing you to see an example of print orientation and mask placements. However, digital proofs DO NOT guarantee the exact color that is seen on the screen. The print color, mask placement, and graphic sizing may not be 100% accurate due to being a digital representation of a printed item.
If digital artwork files are submitted to Neuink Graphics, by the customer for printing, the customer is responsible for the content and color formulas chosen inside the submitted artwork. You also understand, and agree, that we use the gang-run print method in which can have a color shift tolerance between a 10-15% shade. We DO NOT guarantee exact print color because of this method.
REPRINTS
A scanned image, photograph, or mailed sample showing defect must be sent in order to receive a reprint of your order.
Your entire order, or the entire affected portion of the order, must be returned before we will reprint it.
An order must be deemed, by a member of our staff, damaged, erroneous, or unusable to be reprinted.
We may reprint your order only where extreme cases of color shifting cause the product to be deemed by us unusable.
If an error with an order is deemed our fault, then we will reprint that order right away using the original file provided.
If new files must be provided, a new order must be created and billed to the customer.
If an error with an order is deemed the fault of the customer, a new order may be placed at a discounted price.
PROOFING/ LAYOUT SERVICE/CUSTOM DESIGN
Layout and Custom Design fees are nonrefundable. Promos and discounts do not apply to Layout and Design fees.
Proofing/Layout Service--You may make up to 3 revisions for free. Any subsequent revisions will result in a $75.00 per hour charge per proof.
The Layout/Custom design fees only pay for the labor that goes into creating the artwork. It does not pay for the copyright of the original artwork itself.
Neuink Graphics retains the copyright of any designs created by its Custom Design service as well as the Layout Service. Artwork may be released to the customer at an additional payment amount upon mutual agreement.
REVISIONS
Neuink Graphics provides official revisions to assist clients in the design process. Our passion is to create a successful logo design and custom print design. Official revisions are used only for small modifications, typographic edits, color palette changes, and additions to the provided design (proofs). A revision does not include a complete re-design or additional designs (proofs) provided to the customer (client).
